Deep tissue massage helps break down scar tissue and muscle adhesions (knots) A medium to firm pressure with slow, deep strokes is used to target the inner layers of your muscles helping reduce tension and inflammation around the knots promoting better good flow to these areas.

Cupping therapy is an ancient healing method that may ease back pain, neck pain, headaches and other issues.

 

Using suction to pull on your skin, it will increase blood flow to the affected area.

 

Skin will be warm up with quick massage but this is mainly a cupping service to work on specific area.

A therapeutic and relaxing massage where heated stones help relax muscles which allows therapist to apply deeper pressure.  Stones can be placed on energy centres to help rebalance and bring an extra comfort to the massage experience.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy, based on the theory that pressure points on the feet correspond with areas within the body. Pressure is applied to areas on your feet to promote relaxation and rebalance energy systems within the body. 

Its highly likely you will fall asleep during this treatment as its so relaxing and deeply therapeutic.
