Hi I’m Fi, face behind Zenful Skin & Soul
Holistic Therapies.

A little bit about me, and how my interest started into holistic therapies .
​
Few years back, after a really tough year mentally myself, working in the nursing care industry, I was hitting burn out levels. Subsequently, I've been diagnosed with chronic migraines and fibromyalgia, which led me to navigating my career change as I wanted to help people with their stress levels using the same techniques and therapies which I was using for my own healing journey.
​
I had worked in complex care/nursing for 13 years looking after children and young adults with complex needs and the elderly in care homes, which I loved doing and so I can certainly add a holistic approach to my treatments and help guide if unsure, which treatments or treatment plans would suit you best
​
Yoga, meditation, skin care & holistics have been a passion of mine as far back as I can remember and combining all these passions together has brought me to where I am now with Zenful Skin & Soul - a place where people can come relax, unwind, see a friendly face and enjoy good quality treatments in a tranquil setting, whether it be a skin or soul focused treatment or a combination of the two.

I’m a platinum skincare technician for the Million Dollar range and qualified in a range of massage techniques, including fire cupping & reflexology. Additionally I am a Reiki practitioner, Advanced Crystal Therapist and am trained in the Japanese Head Spa.
 
Zenful Skin & Soul is based at Instyle Studio which is my sisters salon. Additionally my daughter Niyah is based there and is the Lead Therapist for Japanese Head Spas.

I love what I do and I hope it shows in my work and work ethics, it isn't a job but a way of life for me and I want to share my little world with you, making you feel as comfortable and relaxed as possible.
